Over recent years, the demands and requirements of anti-corruption-compliance have increased for multinational corporations. The question now arises how these corporations react to the expectations. The project’s goal is to analyze the business reports and codes of conduct of multinational corporations from various countries regarding the content and the extent of the embedded anti-corruption-compliance. The analysis is aligned with the following questions:
- Which specific content aspects of anti-corruption-compliance do multinational companies report?
- Is there a similarity between companies reported content and extent about anti-corruption-compliance?
- Are there differences between companies reported content and extent about anti-corruption-compliance based on the location country of the headquarters, industry or the company’s history (e.g. cases of corruption)?
